and/or your presentation.

We would be delighted to spend some

needs as a professional speaker.

Here is what we need to proceed:
* A list of your objectives for the consultations:
     Would you like to focus on your presentation skills?
     Your marketing materials? Your focus in the
     marketplace? Please go into detail. 
* A time and date you wish to meet:
     in person on one of our "away" dates
     or here in Glendora via phone or in person 
* Would you like us to review your demo tape
     as part of your consultation? Is there only
     a special part you want on feedback on?
     If so, please fast forward your tape to that 
     section with instructions as to what you would
     like from us regarding this tape.
* Fill out the form below with your credit card
     information, or mail us a check 
* Mail the materials you wish us to preview. 
* Please be prepared to tape the consultation time,
     if via phone or in person

Your investment options:
* 2 hr. $400 = $200 per hr. 
* 4 hr. $720 = $180 per hr. 
* 8 hr. $1,200 = $150 per hr.
Continued Mentoring Package
* 50 hr.. $5,000 = $100 per hr.
